Easy recipes and tips for lazy people who want to eat healthy but prefer to spend their time doing healthy stuff than cooking them.
All my recipes are low carb and packed with protein. Although some recipes are suitable for a paleo diet, and other ones for a keto diet, I’m not advocating one or the other, or any specific diet for that matter. Those are simply recipes that I enjoy to make on a regular basis, to sustain healthy yet tasty eating.
I’m a French/Swiss woman living in Sweden, and you’ll find out that there are a lot of international influences in my recipes. I’m also a competitive powerlifter, and an avid weightlifting practitioner, so I’m always on the lookout for easy ways to fuel my training without sacrificing the taste and joy of eating. These recipes are meant to fulfil these goals.
